In 2005 we had to file bankruptcy on our home and lost everything... the foundation of the basement was destroyed- we checked at that time into getting the basement fixed- Cost = approximately $30,0000.00 now the house we are looking to buy is the around the price it would have cost us to fix our basement 19 years ago... Restoration is coming... What the enemy stole the Lord is giving back - this will be such a blessing- cheaper monthly payments, can worship more with my tithing... etc...
