In 2011 Ashwin Shriyan walked into Demonic Studios to play Dismembering The Fallen as part of the Demonic Resurrection All-Stars gig. We were left to pick up our jaws from the floor after that first jam with him, needless to say his chops blew us away. I knew then that he would be the next DR bassist. Its been almost 3 years since hes joined DR and hes still the best metal bassist in Bombay (if not India) as far as Im concerned.
