In 2011, Dogs Deserve Better purchased Michael Vicks former dogfighting compound near Smithfield, VA and moved the organization from Pennsylvania to Virginia to transform the property to the Good Newz Rehab Center for Chained and Penned Dogs. While many of our dog-loving supporters would enjoy spending even one hour a month caring for the dogs at our Good Newz Rehab Center in Smithfield, Virginia, we know its not logistically possible. But, with your monthly caregiver sponsor donation, you can know that someone is caring for them in your stead for one hour or more per month.
