In 2011 the Get Govt off our BACKS TEA PARTY drug tested food stamp recipients before they were allowed to get their food stamps. Only 2% tested positive......less than the ratio that the general public tested. The state had to reimburse millions of dollars for the test. Georgia thinks that was such a great idea, they just passed the same bill. BTW, the guy who wrote the Florida bill, was later busted for possession of cocaine!
