In 2013 we offered 4.7 BILLION bushels of corn (1 bushel = 56 pounds) as a burnt offering to the god worshiped by the radical environmentalists...the god known as Global Warming (at least until he changed his name to Climate Change when it became apparent to even Mr. Magoo that there was no warming). Ill save you the time and give you the math. In 2013, we burned, in the form of ethanol, over 260 BILLION pounds of corn. Thats just shy of 33 pounds of corn for every man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth, which is a little over half-a-pound per person, per day. That was in just one year. The lunacy continues, as we steal food from the mouths of the starving and burn it on the altar in the Church of Environmentalism. We are being forced to submit to a quack religion that is, literally, killing people and destroying lives every single day. And let us be clear: not only are we not saving the planet, from ourselves or anything else, we are wreaking real - as opposed to imagined - environmental damage every year we engage in this gruesome, cultish ritual. Because science. (DP)
