In 2014, Southwest Community Health Foundation’s Donor Recognition Wall will be designed to honor and acknowledge the generosity of our major contributors at the $1,000 giving level and above throughout select donor societies. These include the Touch the Future capital campaign, Annual Appeal and Sprague Haven Society. The wall, which will be updated on an annual basis, will be located along the glass corridor connecting the existing hospital and the new facility, with visibility to the garden, and beyond. Donors may make a gift in one of the following ways: • Cash • Pledge • Planned gift For inclusion of your name on the Donor Recognition Wall, please make your gift by Friday, Aug. 1, 2014. Also, naming opportunities are available in, and around, the new building beginning at the $25,000 giving level. This entails various rooms, waiting areas, balconies, nurse’s stations and sculptures.
