In 2014, the U.S. economy added nearly 3 million jobs, the most - TopicsExpress

In 2014, the U.S. economy added nearly 3 million jobs, the most since the 1990s. Our economic growth in the last two quarters was the strongest in more than a decade. Our manufacturing sector is growing faster than the economy and adding jobs for the first time since the 1990s. And low energy costs, and our status as the world’s top oil and gas producer, are reinforcing the United States as the top destination for investment. Written by my nephew, who is a genius as well as a mensch, and who works in the Obama administration. He is integral in manufacturing projects, which have brought so many jobs to so many cities. He started with the retooling of our auto industry, which saved the US auto industry from extinction, and which - despite your feelings about it - did maintain and create millions of jobs. The saving of GM alone saved 1.3 million jobs. The saving of these companies stopped a domino effect which would have brought down the entire industry. I dont mention it much or him by name, as that is not welcomed. But from his blog today I get this, a great answer to you Obama-bashers who blame him for the bad economy left by the bad Bush brother; in fact in terms of our economy, we are better than ever.
