In 2014 you have limited choices because in 1961 the Tennessee General Assembly created laws that made it impossible for any parties other than the establishment to get on the ballot. This year, after a 6 year fight, The Constitution Party, along with the Green Party, won the right to be on the ballot. A vote for the Constitution Party is a vote for EQUAL BALLOT ACCESS. Give yourself a choice in the years to come!
