In 5 days I start Phase 3 of my weight loss journey..This is adding more clean foods back into my world...As of today I have reached my pre/ 3 kids wedding day weight 25 years ago,,,and beat it by 6...Total weight lost 35 pounds and 47 total inches...I am now in an almost loose size 10...When someone says Omni changed their life..that is NO JOKE!!! I carry myself different..my knees dont hurt...I have been pain pill free for almost 3 weeks..I havent used my inhaler in a week..If you want to change the way you eat, lose some weight, lose alot of weight, or just add some healthy good stuff to your life PM me...If you know someone that this describes reach out to them.
