In 701 B.C., that is 701 years before the birth of Jesus Christ, the renowned ancient Prophet Isaiah uttered a prophecy for and about President Robert Gabriel Mugabe (a.ka. Gushungo), how he would have the almost inconceivable strength of spirit to ignore and surmount the malicious propaganda, threats and insults levelled against him, with all their underlying ill-will, and how he would ultimately release his people from foreign bondage, satisfy their needs in a “sun-scorched land”, rebuild the Ancient Ruins (MaDzimbaBwe) and repair and raise up the broken walls of the House of Stone (Zimbabwe). That prophecy has now been fulfilled, with quite a few years to spare. His “frame” has been strengthened, and in his physical health at 89 years old, he is “like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” Check your Bibles, read Isaiah Chapter 58 verses 9-12, and have faith in the Lord, for He knows everything before it happens. The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land And will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, Like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins And will raise up their age-old foundations; You will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.” May those who have eyes to see and those with ears to hear, look, listen and take solace in the ways of the Lord
