In April 2014, the Never Alone Foundation launched an Oral Cancer Awareness Campaign. With the help of the Manitoba Dental Association we encourage people to ask their dentists to look for signs of cancer. We held a free screening clinic at Polo Park Mall. We also wanted to help people who need dental work done before/during/after cancer treatments if they could not afford the work necessary. We were privileged to meet Mavis, who is another positive and strong individual fighting cancer and gave her a helping hand. https://vimeo/113814538
