In August of 2013, our Jack Russell Terrier (named Jilly) was diagnosed with thyroid cancer – Her Oncologist said that the best way to cure this cancer was by radiation. Jilly had a total of 19 radiation treatments. We prayed the thyroid cancer had been cured, however in April of 2014, we found out that the cancer had spread to one of her back legs (it was now bone cancer). Her Oncologist now advised that she probably only had a few weeks to live & sent us home with pain killers, muscle relaxers and stomach meds so she would be able to eat (side effect of the Vet Meds is upset stomach). We refused to give up, and the next day we started adding cannabis oil to her daily diet. After a few weeks of giving Jilly the cannabis oil, we found that Jilly was not close to dying, but rather she was thriving. The cannabis oil appeared to have worked miracles. Jilly stopped limping, she was eating normally, playing and running. Seven months after her bone cancer diagnosis, Jilly had a check-up with her oncologist – the Oncologist could not find that the cancer had spread to anywhere else in her body. A couple of months after Jilly had been ingesting the cannabis oil, we wanted to document Jilly’s progress by taking videos of her. This video will show how active & happy our Jack Russell was thanks to cannabis oil.
