In August of last year, I weighed 336. Im over sixty pounds down by doing all of these things. I never followed a diet and I havent exercised. The biggest change was using Lose It (Ive switched to MyFitnessPal). I realized I was eating 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day by eating three meals a day out of the home. I switched to cooking at home and I am down below 2,000 calories a day. I still eat what I want, including an inappropriate amount of Hersheys Kisses each day.
