In Chennai, Recently The Hindu reported about plastic menace. Few cows reported death because it ate plastics and its milk contaminated. Very same, we are force to drink and our next generation. Who made this havoc of plastic pollution. We. We. We. To curb the plastic menace, Government, public and corporate should start thinking about social responsibility. Law should be enacted that all package should be recycled and it is primary responsibility goes to company. To make it happen, all plastic return should be payed by company vendors or dealers or retail shop of 2 INR to 5 INR or even more based on the package size. If Refund concept for empty package happens, no one will leave plastic package unattended. This is well implemented in USA and China and other developed countries. Why not in INDIA? Avoid plastics. Polythene carry bags are dangerous to the soil manure that creates silent cancer to food security. Carry a Jute or non plastic bags. Save the world. Let our next generation survive. To start with, avoid drinking cokes/soda/any plastic packaged food or drinks. I feel PEPSI, COKE, Unilever and other big Food Agencies has to come forward on this REFUND FOR PLASTIC RECYCLE MOVEMENT. Our fathers handed over pollution free earth to us. But technology and industry polluted all our lively hood in our age. How we will hand over to next generation.
