In Colmar, France today. The most delicious French food ever!! Im pretty sure a gluten free vegetarian would starve here. Im redeeming myself with a salad and seafood. I find I have to say no a lot. Not because I dont want three baskets of bread, a glass of local wine, a lemon tart and tiramisu (all came with the meal) but because I notice immediately how it makes me feel. Not so good: spaced out, totally ungrounded, not present, ready for a nap, grouchy... No wonder so many peeps have a cappuccino at noon and then a nap. Its so they can pull out of the wheat-sugar slump. What have you said no to today that you really wanted and looked scrumptious? I want to know.
