In December 2013, Payback Morning Tide left Faerie Court Farm to go to South Carolina to be the riding horse of Willis Foley, Jr. In May 2013, FCF Oberons Vanity traveled to the Foleys farm in SC to continue his training and performance career. A few weeks after Obie arrived in SC, Willis was killed in a tragic accident. An equine therapy program for veterans has been established in honor of Willis A. Foley Jr, and a fund has been created to provide the therapy services free of charge to the veterans in the program. Info about the program: borrowedfreedom.org/veterans-program An auction fundraiser is currently underway to raise more funds for the program.
