In December of 2010, a conversation ended with the words What if we brought an Asian-Interest Cultural Fraternity to Mason?. At that time GMU was the largest school in VA and was considered one of the most diverse, yet there was no Asian-Focused Greek Life. Through hard work and trial/failure a vision started to form and an epic journey began. A year ago, 9 of us accomplished this dream by establishing the first Asian-Interest Cultural Fraternity at GMU and the only Pi Delta Psi chapter in the state of Virginia. Through all our friends and acquaintances we were able to work together to unite and truly live out the goal of supporting our cultures and communities. It has been a truly amazing journey with many adventures and conquered adversities. But this is just the beginning and we will continue to grow to maximize the opportunities given to us by our parents and ancestors. Most importantly, a huge shootout to the under-spoken people who helped make it happen: Allen White our Greek Advisor, Dr. Yu our faculty advisor, the awesome brothers of USF, the lovely ladies of GMU KPL, our friends & families, Solomon Academy, the PDPsi nation, and a hint of luck and good timing for making this all possible.
