In the United States, the primary support group is the Narcolepsy Network. This group produces a newsletter to keep patients abreast of recent research in narcolepsy and also holds an annual support meeting where patients can have the opportunity to meet others with narcolepsy and thus help to reduce the isolation felt by so many.
