In ESAB AGM. One shareholder was saying to management your dividend of 1 Re can only be seen with a microscope to be happy about :) Two regular continuous questioners with no care about whether their question was answered or not, talked for 15 minutes and 30 minutes each(though with a substance but sounded like opposition party as always). One regular talker spoke for 30 minutes in Tamil while the CEO is a foreigner. One non-tamil shareholder got annoyed and said as mentioned in the annual report you need to send your accounting related questions 1 week before the AGM to the company secretary. These regular talkers(questioners) though talk with a substance interested in grabbing the attention of others than resolution.
