In God We Trust! I know that my family was spared from the wrath of typhoon Seniang but hearing their voices validating that theyre ok appeased my uneasy mind and pounding heart. I can only imagine what they went through, yet they all had their humor narrating their horrible experience. Thank you all for praying for their safety and thanks to those who extended out help. They are now staying on a makeshift dry room, on the 2nd level of the house we are trying to build. Very premature to move-in but they are there for refuge. Theyd survive for a few more days on food and water supplies they managed to salvage. Most, if not all of our things were submerged under flood water and are now squishy with mud. It will take weeks to clean up and rebuild. Despite all these, i/we are still thankful to warm hearts who tirelessly cared and offered help. Cheering for new beginnings this new Year.
