In-House Development Head is urgently needed for a well known company. The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in application development, deployment and post deployment support - 2+ years of team leading experience. S/he should speak very good English, and s/he should be a computer science graduate. Required Technical Skills • Experience of windows and web development. • Microsoft SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions). • Excellent analysis, design, and trouble shooting skills. • Strong technical knowledge of MS technologies, development tools, and trends. • Excellent .Net skills (Developing in C#, ASP.NET). • Java Script, HTML, Silverlight and XML. • Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD): Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or 2010. • Reporting Services (Custom reports using SSRS). • Experience/Knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS CRM 2013 is a big plus. • Knowledge of mobile application development is a plus. • Experience of large scale and complex applications. • Detail oriented. • Commitment to quality management. • PMP is a plus.
