In Islam, man is obliged to work while women are given the opportunity to choose between either to work or not to. However, many muslim men are not following the Quran anymore. They legislate that their wives must not work. This is absolutely against Islam. You as a man does not have a say in her decision on this subject. However, the point to be noted it is she is not allowed to work in all the places men are not allowed to work unless in the hospitals. Men are to treat men in the hospital and women are to treat women. She is not also allowed to work as a solder because a woman is a treasure. She must not work in a place where her beauty can be endangered. In a war, fighting may include blows. And if one blow lands on her face, it may cause irreverseable damage. Also she is to mentain her hijab while working and engage in works that will not prevent her from taking care of her domestic responsibility. We want her women to take jobs such as ganycology, medcine, phamacy, administration etc.
