In Istanbul youll see men walking around the markets with trays full of glasses of tea. The local businesses have monthly accounts open with these sellers and so no money needs to change hands while theyre transacting business with their clients, so as not to be interrupted, its a pretty cool concept and makes a lot of sense. Certainly this man had one of the best mustaches Ive seen in a long time.
