In Maryland (I think) **URGENT** **Stolen Dog in Federal Hill** My friends dog was forcibly stolen from him around 3am Sunday morning, 10/7. He was walking the puppy, Sonny, by Cross St Market and the person was last seen running with the dog towards Hanover St. Sonny is a 3-4 month old Golden Retriever and did have a collar and tags on at the time.
