In May I attended a conference of engineers and heard first-hand about Team ORCAs efforts with Kilroy. At that time their prototypes were engaged - now theyre ramping up their efforts to protect the Lagoon. I cant help but wonder - we know where the headwaters of the St Johns River is located and where it blends into the ocean. What if we could do the same, use Kilroys in the SJR to identify where pollutants are entering this waterway, what these pollutants are - and who is responsible. A new generation is going to hear the term Kilroy was here!
