In Niegria the constitution demans that a member of the house reps or senate shall vacate his seat as member if: He becomes a member of another political party whose election to the house was sponsord by the party except if there is a division in the party.with reference to chapter IV section 68 (1)(g) 1999 constitution of the federal Nigeria as amended . Presently the speaker house of reps has taken a short daive to APC without any division in PDP his initial party and still occupying his seat as Hon speaker meanwhile the contitution is strictly againts that which shows that there is institutional weakness, because the judicial arm is mainly to interpret the laws to does who claim ignorant of it of which there r overlaping they by causing constitutional rascality in the country. I there recommend that the NBA shuold do something concerning that. It is generally believe the Nigeria politicians are nomad there leading to political dicotomy which at last result to crisis.
