In November we will be walking through Alabama along the little known water route of the Trail Of Tears speaking to people about the history of the Native Americans that once flourished in the area.We will host a teach-in on The Bole-Maru Religion a religious revitalization movement of the Maidu, Pomo, Wintun, and other tribes of north-central California in the 19th century. Refer to the dreams of medicine people , with revelations from dreams playing a central role.We will teach people the dances of this religion which were the Bole or Maru dance, the Bole-Hesi Dance, and the Ball Dance. In these dances, dancers wore large headdresses which we will be making at no cost. Also this month Cheyenne and I will be discussing solutions to these problems Ecosystem, Energy conservation, Fishing, Food safety and Genetic engineering.
