In this regard case under section 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered and Rs. 15,970/- along with playing cards recovered from them. 4. In PS Kangra Rakesh Kumar R/O Upper Sakoh, Ajeet Kumar R/O Patola, Sunny R/O Bagli, Rakesh R/O Ichhi, Naresh R/O Upper Sakoh and Satish R/O Bagli were found playing gambling with playing cards at Gang Bheron on 24.10.2013 at about 11.00 P.M. In this regard case under section 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered and Rs. 5460/- alongwith playing cards recovered from them. 5. In PS Dharamshala Sunil Kumar driver of Ambulance (108) stated that on the mid night of 24.10.2013 he received a phone call to bring the patient from Rakkar when he reached at place Rakkar there some unknown persons quarreled with him and also damaged Ambulance vehicle. In this regard case under section 341,323,353 IPC has been registered. 6. In PS Indora Sh. Santokh Singh R/O Mand Miani stated that Bachitar Singh and others suddenly quarreled with him at Mand Miani on 25.10.2013 at about 12.00 Noon. In this regard case under section 341,323,34 IPC has been registered. 7.
