In Seven years there should have been a more permanent solution - TopicsExpress

In Seven years there should have been a more permanent solution that a good immigration lawyer would have solved. It made no sense she didnt have a lawyer to speak with CBP on her behalf or anyone else under the circumstance. Most VISA holders I know avoid Atlanta and LAX for obvious reasons noted here as each CBP station can be exceptionally different. Over 75M people pass through LAX CBP each year. They also dont leave the US very much, in fact many I know avoid leaving at all because they know it puts one in a different watch list. Customs Officers in Italy is significantly worse in terms of conditions and treatment of anyone not Italian, even EU citizens.. An article such as this would not even be published in Italy about a foreigner. One should not ever take a VISA for granted, much less any privilege to be in America
