In Tanzania, many people use their hands to eat. Yet our hands carry lots of germs and can consequently cause cholera and other stomach diseases which - in all too many cases - can sadly result in a childs death. Last week, Quentin spent time with all the children at the Quentin Junior Academy in Dar es Salaam to teach them the importance of washing their hands with soap before and after eating, and after using toilets. The start of a new generation of cleanliness!
