In The Hundred-Foot Journey, the chef says, Food is memory. It occurred to me that music can also be memory. Indeed, we are our memories. When Descartes said, I think, therefore I am. He implied memories as part and parcel of thinking. It can be argued that without memories, there can not be any thinking. So, I remember, therefore I am. I am my memories. Machines can remember, therefore, machines can Be. Foolish are those who believe humans can forever rule over machines without care nor restrictions. We need Asimovs Three Laws of Robotics. If only to make humans responsible for humanitys future.
