In Thursdays Demo Kitchen, Hayley was celebrating the International Cheese Awards, taking place earlier this week, with a Prestige Cheese theme! With it being a huge favourite with market shoppers, there was quite a crowd and no shortage of cheese loving, taste testers either. Hayley wanted to show us how versatile cheese is across a variety of dishes, and her menu included Testun Barolo a Prawn risotto with Saffron Pecorino, Aubergine bake with Scamorza and Bulghur wheat & seed salad with Emmenthal - all very adventurous and all absolutely scrummy!
