In Todays Manteca Bulletin. I one have have seen this for many years in the rural areas of Manteca, And the Ranchers and Dairyman have been dealing with these uneducated pigs for a longtime. You pigs and I am being nice about it ,is you can buy cigarettes and Beer and Dope , but you cannot spend 15 dollars to go to the dump and dump it legally . I say the courts need to be stricter , 6 months in Jail and a 3,000 dollar fine . very passionate on this , This practice degrades our city of Manteca, I think its time to make an example. Longtime in coming .
