Because all traces of Frank Raffaele have disappeared from the internet, Im starting to wonder if he wasnt a person made up by our Government. That might explain his introducing me to a bogus Gang Stalking support group with a leader who tried to get me to buy a stun gun. Or could it just be that he was a person without a support group? People alone without a support group are often targeted for Gang Stalking.
