In a dream on September 8, 2013, I saw myself having a conversation with a lady. We were in a large auditorium, filled with people. She and I were seated together on a platform in front of the people. I looked at my hands and they, suddenly, looked much LARGER than normal. I looked at the lady’s hands and her hands also looked much LARGER than normal. As I looked up, everything looked LARGER. I said to the lady, “My hands look LARGER! Your hands look LARGER! Everything looks LARGER!” The lady looked at her hands and replied, “No… my hands don’t look larger to me.” I looked at the lady’s hands again, and they no longer looked larger. They were back to their normal size. When I asked the Lord to tell me the meaning of the dream, He revealed to me that LARGE HANDS in this dream represent GREATER WORKS (reaching people on a larger scale/to a larger extent). In John 14:12 (KJV), Jesus says, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and GREATER WORKS than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” Psalm 90:17 says, “and let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us; and establish thou the WORK OF OUR HANDS upon us; yea, the WORK OF OUR HANDS establish thou it.” GOD WANTS YOU TO SEE YOURSELF DOING GREATER WORKS!!! Jeremiah chapter one, verse nine says, “Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. SEE, (Notice the emphasis on "See") I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Verses 11-12 say, moreover the word of the LORD came unto me saying, Jeremiah, WHAT SEEST THOU? In other words, WHAT DO YOU SEE? Jeremiah said, I see a rod of an almond tree; and God said to Jeremiah, THOU HAST SEEN WELL: FOR I WILL HASTEN MY WORD TO PERFORM IT. Again, in verse 13, God asked Jeremiah WHAT DO YOU SEE? Jeremiah told God what he saw. God revealed to Jeremiah what He would do by His Word. In verse 19, He said, And they (the enemy) shall fight against you; but they shall not prevail against you. FOR I AM WITH YOU TO DELIVER YOU. First, Jeremiah had to SEE it. This lets us know that the imagination is very powerful! The word "imagine" means to form a mental image of something and to think on it. Philippians 4:8 tells us to think on things that are of good report. Genesis 11:6 confirms the importance of the imagination. Second Corinthians 10:5 says we are to cast down imaginations that exalt itself against the knowledge of God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (the Word). OUR IMAGINATION SHOULD AGREE WITH THE WORD. It is important that we, as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, imagine-- GET AN IMAGE IN OUR MIND OF GOD PERFORMING THE WORD HE HAS PROMISED US, AND SPEAK WHAT WE SEE. We should allow what we see, based on the Word of God, to become the imagination of our heart and speak it forth. WHEN WE DO OUR PART GOD WILL DO HIS PART! In verse 10 of John, chapter 14, Jesus says, “The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, HE DOETH THE WORKS.” First Corinthians 3:9 says “WE ARE LABOURERS TOGETHER WITH GOD.” Our part is to yield to the Holy Spirit and allow the Lord to use us as vessels of honor to work through us. GOD WANTS YOU TO SEE YOURSELF DOING GREATER WORKS!!! LOOK AT YOURS HANDS AND TELL GOD WHAT YOU SEE BASED ON HIS WORD IN JOHN 14:12!!! “… and GREATER WORKS THAN THESE SHALL YOU DO BECAUSE I GO UNTO MY FATHER”!!!
