In a generation where there is a famine of hearing the words of the Lord God raises up men and women whose voices ring in sharp contrast to the popular messages of the day. These men and women are often intense characters lol :) Some may feel that it doesnt take all that, and maybe these firebrands need to calm down a little. However, a prophet that loses their edge is dull and ineffective at cutting through the thick haze of deception that has swept over a people. Dont be deceived, a dull sword is not better, its useless! Peace, peace, they cried in Jeremiahs day, when there was no peace. At the risk of being misunderstood, persecuted, stoned, maligned and ostracized by the religious establishment and all that zealously defend them, CRY ALOUD AND SPARE NOT! Speak the truth. If they dont receive it, speak it anyway. If they dont like it, speak it anyway. If they hate you for saying it, say it anyway!!!!
