In a historic decision which overturns centuries of tradition, The Church of England voted earlier this week to allow women to become bishops. While critics say this will break with the tradition of a male-only clergy dating back to the Twelve Apostles many argue it is a matter of equality. What do you think? Is this an area where tradition should be upheld or is this a long overdue step towards gender equality in senior positions?
