In a political era anything happens,if i know good luck Jonathan or from bayelsa or his wife,i can be made the director general if NTA or radio Nigeria as long as am a professional and have little or no experience,Ladi came to OSRC through this back door ready to deal decisively with the so called gurus in the profession,he came with no administrative experience,someone who has no staff respect for elderly,someone who had never attended government functions since he came on board,someone who travelled out of the country during all labour party elections,someone who supported opposition party in 2011,someone who even his so called directors or SAsits outside his house on bench outside his official residence,someone who on several occassions lambasted washed down alhaji abass and caged all directors.by threatening with sack or suspension,i wonder why the directors are afraid of been sacked for they thought they may have no alternative to monthly salary or thought they wont survive out there..if you had work in an establishment for years and see nothing improved apart from waiting for when you will be promoted and become director,wa beru re nibode...If we can rescue osrc now from further external dictatorship,Its better the station been privatized or erased from broadcast world...station where staff works with blood and sweat to satisfy govt,place where dedicated staff without promotion due to administrative lapses,place where its talent should be discovered and promoted,but talent are been killed by asking them that,whether you are talented or not get any certificate from om any field and get promoted,place where no certificate is placed above talent,place where contract are awarded to...........place,,,,,,,,,to be continue........
