In a quiet moment alone I ponder the possibilities, the future, and what I am about to leave to my kids and grandkids. I do not always agree with the Democrats, not always, but I do not fear the world or the promise they offer for the future they envision. I cannot say that about the Tea Party or the Republicans as they appear to live in a different world than I do. They want a war somewhere, anywhere, as a stimulus to the economy without regards to the lives lost in that war. They, the Teapublicans, try their best to talk the good Christian talk but sneer that cheesy grin while doing it. Its all fake even when they wrap their patriotism in an American flag while holding their hands where they think the heart should be. I shudder at that possible future if they ever again win the Oval office or take control both Houses of Congress. I do not fear the Democrats or their agenda, but I do honestly fear for this nation if the likes of Ran Paul or Ted Cruz rise to the level of President. In my heart I feel assured that these carpet bagging Tea Baggers will cast off their fake religion only to serve their corporate masters once in office. They will move to privatize social security, health care, the school system, the post office, prisons, and eliminate all forms of assistance to the poor. These Teabuggers are bought and paid for and care only for themselves. I will vote in November.
