In a relationship, I avoid someone who pretend to love me because she/he sees my future to be very bright. So many people enter into a relationship not for Love. They are good at spotting the man/woman with economic security. The end of such a relationship mostly is divorce and one partner has to split his/her assets into two for the other. Its good to spot the mindset of someone you are in a relationship with. Put their thoughts into perspectives, and assess their requests sometimes.
