In a speech on #Ukraine and the OSCE delivered last night in Berlin, Assembly President Ranko Krivokapic criticized the new Cold War mentality which he feared may be undermining OSCE conflict prevention and resolution. As a consensus-based organization that includes some of the major powers of the world, he said, the OSCE is in a unique but challenging position to promote real dialogue with a view towards risk management and conflict prevention.
