In a web based education system, it should be mandatory for universities to have audio-visual lectures with transcripts for all the courses offered with course material copyrights for the subject specialist. This will improve the quality of education as every university would hire the services of capable subject specialists whose material for the courses cannot be uploaded by others due to copyrights and hence fresh information and thinking will start pouring into the education stream with the passage of time to keep up with the pace of progress in the corresponding subject.
