In a year under the guidance or non-guidance of Morsi and his incompetent, inexperienced, graduates of reform institutes Egypt has been living a nightmare beyond anyone’s worst imagination. They could not even maintain the status quo rejected by all Egyptians before the Revolution. We studied the concept of “multiplier effect” as a phenomenon associated mostly with growth and well being. Now we are witnessing a unique case of negative “multiplier effect” reflected in all sectors of the economy – if there is something still one calls economy in Egypt. People are getting poorer, unemployed, income-less, growing non-arable land, chaos, crimes, absence of freedom and justice, etc. Their achievement in that period is turning people more determined on ridding the country from that gang. My heart goes for the youth movement and may prayers for their success.
