In about a month I am going to have another birthday. Reading the attached article has led me to reflect on the quality of my life. I want to live the rest of my life - being kinder & more generous of my time and my resources. (talents, $ etc). I am going to surround myself with happy & kind folks. I forgive - but am moving on from the toxic ones. Happy people dont gossip or hold grudges nor do they allow those around them to do so. Happy people are of service to others knowing we all need one another. Because we are on this earth for such a short time - means that living in the present is all we have.
