In aikido tonight we covered tegatana no kata, hanasu no kata, and the first five junana hon kata. We then looked at the first movement from koshiki no kata and its relationship to gedan ate. In judo we covered the first two movements of koshiki no kata in anticipation of covering the kata in more detail in december. We then covered the choke sequence with uke in a turtleposition. If you look closely in the video you can see Mark Lonsdale from Judo Training Development seated on the edge of the tatami. https://youtube/watch?v=LcTBtcCWFiw
