In all seriousness ..... When I was in the patriot militia movement there were men there that were very knowledgeable on the law . NOt the codified law that we have now but common law . What this man in the vid is saying is what they talked and educated people about ... I be it they were more communicative in how they said it than the mountain man here ... but different things stuck out . 1 . He did not recognize the courts authority over him . He did not stand when they arrested him. 2. Esquire . Attorneys have the title esquire . I cant show it nor do I necessarily agree but > This is a title of nobility and some say that under points of law the courts in some way are connect to old Briton . 3. Capitol Letters on legal documents . THis one I can attest to . Lets have some fun ... Write you name ... WRITE it dont print it . OK now get out your drivers license . Look at how you signed it . Look the same . It should . Your proper name spelling as a NATURAL person should be upper and lower case John Smith . Now look at how you name is presented on your license that the DMV printed on it . JOHN SMITH - all caps .. Why ? -- oh Duncan thats just the way they do it . NO its not. Dont be dumb . Every punctuation , spacing , and capitol has a reason . Example United States - the USA - the Federal government , united States .. the individual states that untied together .. go look at your US Constitution .. OK real life . When I went to get a drivers license renewal on time after listen to these guys I though I would test what they said . So after I completed everything .. the forms the picture and at that time the handed you your lamented license they would ask . Is everything correct ? No it is no maam ... the spelling is wrong ... Let me see . Is this not how your name is spelled . No maam it is not . The correct spelling is upper case D lowercase uncan . Sir we cant change that . Why ? that is the way its spelled and that is how I signed the license and you accepted it . Sir the keyboard is set up so that we can ONLY use uppercase letters . The keyboard by order of the STATE government would only accept UPPER case letters . I swear and attest that this is what happened to me . So now I ask you .. Why ? All legal documents will spell your name in all capitols . Why ? Are you in the eyes of the law a non natural fictitious person ? An incorporated person ? I think you are .. If you are not ? Then why has your name be taken away and replaced ? You are not a free man ... hell I dont even think we are men in the eyes of the state anymore .
