In an attempt to organize our lives, we end up with watered - TopicsExpress

In an attempt to organize our lives, we end up with watered information in countless different applications: one for calendar, one for the list, more to save links and notes, and so on, until you don’t know what you need to find. So, behind Centrallo is the idea that you don’t need twenty different applications to have all your information under control. You can handle them all in one place. Centrallo is the result of trying to solve this problem by centralizing all your life in one application, and has often been labeled as “a replacement for Evernote” for those who are not entirely satisfied with this service, often vaunted as the holy grail of organization. Personally, though I use Evernote and I appreciate many of their chances, I missed an organizational system by default (instead of having to invest a lot of time in having to create a system that works according to the needs of each user). For Centrallo, this organizational system is integrated and many users have reported that it is intuitive and simple to use, and easily adapts to your workflow. Lists, lists, lists In Centrallo, you can make up any level nested lists (lists of lists) or item list and any of them can be shared by email with anyone. Each item is a rich text note in Centrallo, allowing you to add as much complexity as you need. You can add images, voice notes, attachments or whatever you require. Each note can have a number of attachments, whether a voice file, video or image links, or reminders. Once you’re done with an item or memo, you can delete or archive marking it as fact, allowing you to remove it from your view but no longer accessible through a search. This turns each element into actionable, which has made some people conclude that Centrallo is just an application to make lists. But its potential is much more than that. You can filter your notes for priorities, for list or see your inbox, i.e. those notes you received from email and have not yet processed. This structure makes it very easy to use Centrallo to implement GTD. Forward emails to the Centrallo inbox As with Evernote, Centrallo allows resend emails to your personalized address (“@ centrallo”) and authorize other e-mail to resend new items. They appear immediately in your inbox, and from there you can assign them to a context or project, or edit them. You can share your lists with another person and they will automatically appear in your account once the invitation is accepted, including any attachments. You also have the option to protect a sublist or an item in a list under shared password. In addition to sharing information with Centrallo, you can share from Centrallo: The application allows you to forward any note to Facebook, Twitter or email. Centrallo is still developing, and some features are about to be launched, such as the ability to add location-based reminders, or capture web pages. However, as now it stands interesting enough to be worth keeping an eye, to see if it can become your next productivity tool.
