In an earlier post I shared that my boss who hired me at my new job departed from the company today. Im so disappointed and still processing it of course since it just happened today. She truly was the best thing about the job. A good, reasonable boss is such a blessing. I know that this too shall pass, but right now it just feels like a Movie Ive Seen A Thousand Times. Ive already been praying about it & surrendering, but bottom line? I am not looking forward to going to work tomorrow and feel like the companys true colors have been revealed. The No. 1 thing I desire in a position is a positive work environment. No longer the case at this point. I know I HAVE TO STAY POSITIVE REGARDLESS. ***Bring on ur words of encouragement peeps... I need em*** :) . I had already been continuing my job search~ that just got cranked up !!
