In an effort to endorse my opponent, a constituent of the 132nd highlighted exactly why my opponent SHOULD NOT be re-elected. As was pointed out, it is a fact that my opponent voted against the bond bill, which included millions in emergency funding for Metro-North rail infrastructure. It is also true that the bill included some fiscally irresponsible spending. What is ALSO true, however, is that my opponent is unwilling to make compromises, and lacks the innovative nature to propose responsible alternatives to what she does not like. Instead of proposing alternate funding to rebuild, shed rather sit back and let it crumble. This is what I hope the voters understand about Brenda Kupchick come November 4th. Support the idea in theory, champion it, and then vote to not fund it. Thats the Kupchick Doctrine.
