In an effort to save good-quality, usable materials from the landfill, Habitat Omaha is partnering with Reclaimed Enterprises, Inc. to deconstruct homes slated for demolition. Many of these old homes are filled with fixtures, floorboards, built-ins and so much more that’s worth saving…so that’s exactly what we’re doing! Once these treasures have been pulled, they are taken to Omahas Habitat ReStore on S. 24th Street where they are sold to the public.
